Fr. Trichosanthis | Gua Lou | 9-30g | Clears Lung Heat, transforms Hot Phlegm, regulates Qi, reduces abscesses, dissipates nodules and eliminates pus. |
Rz. Pinelliae Preparatum | Zhi Ban Xia | 3-15g | Dries Dampness, transforms Phlegm, dissipates nodules, reduces Stagnation and inhibits the growth of cancer cells. With Chen Pi, for epigastric and abdominal distention or pain due to disharmony of the Stomach Qi. With Fu Ling, expels Phlegm and stops nausea and vomiting, hiccups, coughs with clear, profuse Phlegm and loose, watery stools. With Gua Lou, for focal distention in the chest and diaphragm due to clumping of Phlegm and Heat leading to Qi Stagnation. |
